Tried factory resetting my zgemma h2, now it boots to 49 OR 00 and gives me this error before restarting?

I’m trying a USB in the back to reflash it, but it doesn’t seem to want to even recognise the USB.

So just the same way, quick format then put the whole zgemma folder on? Thank you for your help by the way, I’ve asked in multiple forums and nobody seems to really know.

I think h2s, I don’t have the box anymore but it says zgemma star h2

Then your gonna have to ask them or check forums, possibly like other have said try different USB stick
