Hi all I was wondering if anyone uses the set up with Kodi and a Dreamlink T1 Plus. I have real-debrid and trying to watch 1080p videos in Kodi but its terrible performance and unwatchable. Is there certain settings that need to be changed because I was told the Dreamlink should easily handle 1080p video. Not an internet issue I have 150/150. Thanks
I use FTMC instead of the real Kodi but I seldom use it. The box is designed for pure iptv using DOL as you no doubt know. FTMC seems to do the kodi job ok but I haven't tinkered around with it too much.
I just ordered the T2 off Amazon, it is android 7.0 with Google Play, i have the T1 and if you want anything beside IPTV and netflix, i think it is time to upgrade. T1 has served me well but might be time to retire is for kodi purposes sadly...
My Dreamlink t1 plus is now a brick. it has two green lights on the front and will not show anything but a black screen. the factory reset is not working as well. it's amazing they made this box without a reset to factory button. looking for a solution but nothing seems to be working so far.
i'd stay away from dreamlink until they get something done about this. it's very suspicious that this happened as they released the dreamlink 2. so most likely they bricked the old ones on purpose to make people upgrade. sadly i've only had mine for 3 months so i will not be touching dreamlink again
First of all, the T1+ is android 4.4, so any kodi version above 16 won’t work properly. Use SPMC or FTMC instead and you should be fine.
