Flawless buffering despite 20mb/s line... Is this normal?

Flawless seems to be buffering a lot on the SmartIPTV app despite my down speed being 20mb/s which surely must be enough even for FHD channels... Am I doing something wrong here or is this to be expected?

The speed of your line will have nothing to do with buffering as long as you reliably (100% of the time) get over 10mb to their servers.

So standard questions apply as always. Are you using wifi on the tv? Try it without. Are you reasonably close to the server you are connecting to (they may be able to tell you this)? Do you reliably get over 10mb in every speed test you do? (also try wifi speed test using your phone from the same location as the tv) Is anything else using the line at the same time? If in UK what time is this happening and are you using a vpn?

20mb should be plenty providing you are reliably getting at least half that to their servers. If nothing else diagnoses the problem you can see if they can move you to a different server to try that, if you cant get decent speeds to the server it might be your isp's routing to it so a different server may solve it, providing you have ruled out everything else.

Working ok here on 15mbps. Try reboot, reset/clear cache, router etc.

how many other devices are connected to ur router at home? that could be the reason why u suffer buffering. if ur on wifi connection other devices in ur home or close neighbours can also cause issues if the are all connected to the same wifi channel, it could be the app u use, I must have tried every single app out there, some use exo player,so ljk,mx,vlc, they all perform differently on different devices and on Ethernet or wifi connection.

Flawless has gone downhill. All they’ll tell you is to reset the router, clear cache, get a VPN. All excuses in my opinion as my other IPTV providers have no issues.
