Contact your reseller, it is possible that your IP is blocked maybe? (Sorry I am not IPTV Express customer, just basing it on other similar issues I have seen with various providers in the past)
Express been working fine all day today,
Main issue i have with them is the lack of a decent English EPG :(
Disabling Network Cache in setting will fix that problem too
No, that's a bug that happens with Express mainly but sometimes with Voodoo as well. You just need to enter a valid channel number on your remote or press the Page UP/Down key and you will see the channel list load up as long as you can see the number of channels listed at the bottom of the screen to be greater than ZERO.
