Xtream Editor - EPG Question

by dave9600

I'm using Xtream Editor to trim down an m3u and I have some channels I can't find EPG data for. What's the best way to find this information? Thanks.

I have the same issue. You can try perfect players built in epg source by going into epg assign mode. My iptv provider also has epg data so I use theirs for some channels not in xtream editor.

No idea to be honest. I assumed you are looking for US epg data which I don't really use.

I think this website may be your only option

https://www.iptv-epg.com/

I've never used it personally but hear good things. I don't have enough patience to try fill every channel's EPG :D good luck!!

I wrote a guide on how to do this. You have the right idea. Xtream Editor and zap2it. https://www.reddit.com/r/VaderStreams/comments/7bmgz6/combine_2_epgs/

Problem is Xtream doesn't always have every single channel in their EPG source. First though make sure you know which country the channel is from and make sure you have that country enabled under the list settings. I had a few canadian channels I couldn't find EPG for and I was scratching my head why. Also the channel EPG names can get tricky. For instance maybe your provider has it listed as "History 2" and it's actually "H2", etc. There were some channels that were in there but really hard to figure out because of that.

There is 2 way for you. First of all: Are you and customer and have problem with your subscription EPG? or you are a provider and wanted to have your own EPG list?

If you are a customer, It`s related to your provider service. But I have iptv subscription from IPTV Stack for 2 years and it has cool complete list of EPG. Premium IPTV Subscription

If you are provider you have to use grabber softwers.
