Can we get a list together of providers that you can go to their website, select the service you want, enter your info (plus MAC if needed), pay, and shortly after (minutes) your service is automatically activated?
So far from the services I've tried I have:

Edit: Looks like you can also pickup Vaders, Epicstream, and Rocketstreams all directly as well.
Most services are manually activated as they pretty much all use the same panel, so really this all depends on the reseller, AFAIK.
So activation time is more important than the quality of the service?
