I've been testing express through cable cast and they have lots of HD channels from UK with good EPG and catch up... Reasonably reliable stream considering the monthly price is under C$15pm I get a bit of freezing here and so not as good as epic but about C$5pm cheaper.
Vader streams is damn near flawless
If you are looking for 1080p streams for UK - then Epicstream is the king! As far as I know only Epicstream has close to 100 1080p HD Streams. I think approximately 30-40 of them are UK FHD 1080. Everyone else has 720p streams for UK (at least for now)

Flawless has the best quality from all I've seen so far. Most UK channels aren't available from sources in more than 720p, but they've actually started setting up some of their own 1080 streams on some of the more popular channels.
People here are mentioning Epic. I haven't tried Epic but I have tried Vaders, and for UK specific it's Flawless hands down. You'll see Sky Cinema channels with the wrong channel name or the audio out of sync for weeks which you'll never EVER see on Flawless because they're very focused on UK channels only and not India, Afghanistan, Arabic and a thousand other channels. Even some of their US content is slightly higher quality, and it's way less than a vaders sub if you only need one box.
Tested FAB myself they seem to be adding 1080 channels all the time. Was impressed so took out a month. Had issues with Flawless myself but was during there bad period other week.
