Thanks for the replies al. I appreciate the roku is not the best streaming device for IPTV but if I can get something to work with it that would be awesome. I’ll PM people now
I don't really think Roku is the best device for IPTV. A very few number of providers support it and not all of them specialize in sports.

Like others already said Roku isn't the best but vaders supports Roku.

MediaPLEX works pretty good with Vader once you've setup playlist and XMLTV urls. Best IPTV plex channel ive found so far. I use this on a Roku and Xbox one. Plex server transcodes the Roku which is a bit of a pain because it takes 20 seconds for a channel to start streaming but once it great. Xbox one seems to stream it directly from Vader which is great for me
