Your best bet would be Vader Streams. They have a Web App with matchcenter which displays all the games happening at the moment and can watch it right there in your browser in HD quality. They also support 5 Devices at the same time on 3 IPs. You can use them on iOS via any of the m3u playlist apps on the app store. Google search them for more info.
