This is also not something I have seen or heard of yet. As was said, if you purchased from an authorized dealer they should replace the unit. If not, there is a factory reset file available on the iptvtalk.org forums that might help you get it going. Otherwise, not sure I can help much.
Looks like it is a problem with latest update, it just kils the box.many people have this on iptv talk.
Dreamlink pulled out latest update because of the bug, that kills the box.

My Dreamlink t1 plus is now a brick. it has two green lights on the front and will not show anything but a black screen. the factory reset is not working as well. it's amazing they made this box without a reset to factory button. looking for a solution but nothing seems to be working so far.
i'd stay away from dreamlink until they get something done about this. it's very suspicious that this happened as they released the dreamlink 2. so most likely they bricked the old ones on purpose to make people upgrade. sadly i've only had mine for 3 months so i will not be touching dreamlink again.
Haven't seen this issue yet, but have you tried it with it plugged into an anther net card? Just wondering if it's trying to pull an Ip or something.
Is it new?
If you got it from a licensed dealer, just return and swap it out for a new one. Dreamlink is good with returns.
Should be under warranty
