I would recommend the dream link t1 plus! That box is $95 on Amazon. That box paired with Vaders Streams is really good! has a built-in app for IPTV that has a really nice intuitive guide.
I have two boxes: z7+ and Buzztv xpl3000 and very happy with both. Of course, one can always find small glitches but overall, they both great devices. Everything else I tried, and I tied many with better specs, are not worth spending time and money. I also have seen Nvidia Shield in action but the price is too steep and is overkill unless you are going to use it for gaming.

Hey man, please check out http://TVService.Club and i am sure you will find something that you will like. If you are already on Express, i think you will either love EpicStream. Vaders or VooDoo (Stalker based like Express)
I would recommend the z7+ but currently some people are having issues with it in regards to buffering and not utilizing over 50mbps internet speeds. (You probably won't need more than that anyways for IPTV) But once that is resolved, i am sure it's probably the best one out there to purchase.
