yeah! use a m3u playlist editor app like xtream-editor. A lot of the apps like perfect player, kodi etc already have the playlist editor built in as well. Good luck! :)

I just found this last night and it's amazing. I setup different lists, 1 just sports other VOD and other all USA.
you can get Vaders server to just return the categories you want by formatting the m3u url as follows:
http://vaders.tv/vget?username=USERNAME&password=PASSWORD&filterCategory=AfghaniArabic&Bangla&Canada&Filipino&France&Germany&Gujrati&India&Ireland&Italy&Latino&Malayalam&Marathi&Pakistan&Portugal&Punjabi&RePlay&Scandinavian&Spain&Tamil&United+States&United+States+-+Regionals&format=ts
The categories in the URL will be filtered out, so just include the ones you want rid of. Remember to replace any spaces with the '+' symbol. Working great like that for me.
Give your username here if you want only USA, UK , Movies, and the change will be made.
