Looking for a bit of support with Smart IPTV on LG TV - Keeps reverting back to the same on demmand movie.

I have an issue with the Smart IPTV app on my parents LG smart TV. It's been working great for weeks using Flawless IPTV service which also has on demmand movies, however now whenever I choose another movie or even a live TV channel it always reverts back to one particular movie regardless of which choice I make.

I am unsure if this is a bug with the app, the IPTV service or if my parents have simply changed a setting or accidently put the movie on repeat or something.

Can you shed any light on what would be the cause of this and ways to remedy the situation?

Cant say i have that issue with the app on my lg tv, im assuming you’ve tried re-adding the playlist etc

I switched to the smart-stb app on my lg tv instead as it gives me catchup and stuff (if available) and i can use my own epg rather than the sip one which is generally wrong

Try, deleting the playlist and adding it again. Flawless has a support group on facebook. Give them a shot but they will most likely tell you to reboot your modem/router like they tell everyone else, lol.

I've had the same issue with an LG. Turn the tv off, unplug for 5 seconds re-plug and turn on the tv. The issue seems to be something to do with LG software--for me anyway.
