I've used EPIC, IPTV Express and NTV.mx. NTV was the most stable and has some other nice features, like multi-device viewing, but it's by far the most expensive of the 3.

Express has best quality and channel selection, but is probably the least reliable of the 3, albeit no huge difference between it and EPIC in my experience. Also, the Irish channels don't work on it which is annoying.
