I've had a z7+ box for a few week and it's been working great except occasionally it won't come out of standby mode. I'll have to unplug and replug in the power cord to get it working.
If I set the box to power off instead of go into standby mode there's no issue with it powering on. Any ideas?
Yes that's happened to me too. Usually the box will turn on at the second attempt but have had to pull the power cable a couple of times.
Aside to that I also have a buzzing sound coming through the audio. Happens maybe once every ten minutes and lasts for a second or two and only when watching anything through Kodi. No issues with the IPTV app. Anyone one else have this?
I emailed dreamlink to flag this issue and they acknowledged my complaint and are investigating. I recommend you all do the same and email them at dreamlinkt1@gmail.com
Is your tv 720p?
Brand new box, as usual a chinese joke quality. Sorry to hear that, but let's not forget, manufacturers slap a free Android Phone OS on a box, forcing it to be a TV player, which is not meant to be, TV quality wise, nor Audio quality wise.
I have the z7+ and a t2 and both have the issue on standby and have owned less than two weeks. Hoping dreamlink addresses this. Is there an open issue / ticket with them?
yea mine just started doing that too bud, i predict it'll be fixed in the next update (hopefully)
