Just a VLC would do. Search for windows IPTV Media players if you are on windows.
Vader also has a direct site where user can watch it. PM me if you want a trial.

+1 for progdvb.. It's very customisable and works well for my providers.
Vlc is too basic lacking epg etc whilst kodi is an unstable mess for iptv

VLC is the best for me.
ProgTV is good. You can have your EPG and everything like in any Android box. Also, you can install Kodi on PC and load your IPTV list with "IPTV Simple Client" addon.
