I am currently using IPTV Ninja and it works great using STBEmu Pro, but I have no guide and Sportnet West is only in SD. I was really looking for it in HD, but can't see any providers out there except for IPTV Sensation? Any suggestions?

I would recommend you try as many as possible.
My recent favorite is Fab which has a lot of canada channels.. even the obscure ones like CPAC, Wild, and CTV Ottawa. Plus their sports are pretty good in Sports Corner
vaders has all the sportsnet including west in hd
I agree with @vtpi - pay for a month of each provider and see what works for you. Vaders and epic seem pretty popular, especially if you're using kodi or any other non-stb system.
I'm doing a 1-month trial with express and have had good success. Not sure what sports you're looking for but TSN and Sportsnet all have catchup. It's a stalker-based system so you'd still need to use stbemu or something like that if you're not using a stb.
I posted something similar in here about 2 weeks back. I found a provider - very happy with the results. I waned North American channels, several in HD, no buffering and reasonable per month. If you want the vendor contact send me a PM. Cheers
