It would appear it’s only working with a vpn at present. That’s what I’ve found anyway.

Could it possibly be involved with this raid? It went down rather abruptly, and, the articles refers to " Authorities say that the provider initially offered accounts for free , then shifted customers onto subscription packages which generated the operators around 840,000 euros"

Yeah, it's down but nothing to do with VPN. All the channels are gone. I tried emailing them but no answer. It's been 4hrs and counting.
Works for me from 3pm UK PL games.

Stopped working in the 2nd half (on BT) but it would work on mobile network (three).

It's back working again. Well I tried it on the laptop and it's working on that so will check on the TV.

Same downtime as yesterday and around the same time too.
It's more than just a former user[s] fault.
Just poor service.
Time - 20:20 and still nothing. No tickets answered, and no channels working.
Finally it's back ! But when my subscription will finish I will not renew. This is the last time that I will use WSSPremium. And if someone comes to tell me that I am a fake account, I can post screenshots of my open tickets at ghostwebhost.com to show him who's the fake
Down again, doesn't matter if the VPN is on or not. Been terrible the last couple of days, could /u/WSSPremium please take a look at this issue? The problem seems to be bigger than what you're suggesting. Thanks.
I've been hit with it tonight. Channels only working over 4g and even then they are buffering every 2 seconds. Unwatchable. Gutted as WSS has been great for 6 months, so shame that it's suddenly being targeted 😔

This is it. I can't do this again. Second time in 2 days you've messed around your customers with some story about a user being at fault.
I rather get my money back and move onto some other service.
