Contact your seller and they should be able to sort it out. Also you might want to restart the box and see if it goes away.
Contact seller maybe ip is blocked
The real answer is, it depends what provider you are using.
If your provider is using an xstream-codes based provider, then you could be ip blocked.
If it's an oldschool stalker server, then contact your reseller because your sub has probably in an expired state.
Where did you get the service from?
So it might not be the box ?
This box is meant to be new do you think it’s because it locked to an old server
