On a trial for Vader streams noticed In the live TV section each section within takes very long time to load and open.
Some countries would not even open. Any ideas if there's a reason for this and if it can be fixed?

What device are you using and are you filtering any channels? If you're trying to load the entire vaders channel list, it'll take time since its fairly large. I suggest removing all sport channels since it's all available in the match center.
I've used kodi 17.6 and had no issues, can you try vlc or perfect player and see if you have the same issue?
I'm using kodi 17.1 on Windows 10. I haven't filtered anything didn't know I could! Is the actual kodi addon thr best thing to use or should I try set it up in the TV section with simple iptv?
I tried this last night followed all steps but channels never load onto the list.

So I updated to 17.6 also got the TV section to work ill play around and see what I can do to improve it! Thanks for the reply guys.
You can try and log into the web site and switch your location of what server u connect too.
Reach out to your provider.
I looked at my sub of vader and its spot on.
