Need help with buzztv/cod123

Hello. We were given a buzztv for Christmas but now the Live TV is no longer working. No channels anymore. Can't even connect. We can't call the reseller because we don't know who it is... 😕 We had a power outage but don't know if it's related to that. I thought our subscription had expired and tried to sign up for a new subscription with a different provider but they told me I still have a valid subscription. I think the portal URL is supposed to be cod123.biz:88 or new.cod123.biz:88. Is there supposed to be a specific server name? Any ideas? Any way of determining my provider?

Don't rush into any assumptions. It could be a simple outage, or that your reseller just hasn't added a credit yet and he might at any time.

The important thing to do is contact your reseller. Nothing anyone can do here really to help help you.

Even if it's newly expired, only your reseller can reactivate it. Other resellers cannot at this time until it falls off your other resellers panel unfortunately.

You're locked to that reseller for now.

Pretty sure it's not the power outage, so don't worry.

And as always , don't send anyone money on reddit until you're up and running or request a trial first. There are some legit people here, but lots that you should be cautious of.

Yeah your subscription definitely expired if you got it for Christmas and if it was a 1 month sub. Your best bet is to reach out to whoever bought the sub for you to ask them to contact the re-seller.

I can also reach out to my reseller if you want and see if he can try and get your Mac unlocked. Is there any reason you guys are wanting to go back to IPGuys? I can offer other providers to you in the meantime untill you figure things out. PM me.
