Has anyone ever had an issue where DOL2 won't connect to your chosen IPTV provider but DOL1 will?

For anyone who has this issue - I had to do a software reset within the system menu
The default PIN for this menu is '0000'
I imagine a factory reset would also solve the issue, I just didn't fancy setting everything up again!
