Could anyone explain me, why services what i have tested working morning (GMT +2) excelent without freezing, buffering and evening is quality of stream terrible ? ... Ok, my line is not great only 15mbit down, but as i said morning 1080 FHD stream working like charm, evening SD channels is not possible to watch ... I have tested lot of services ... My net is not shared with any other services or ppl... Thanks for correct answer ps: using VLC :-)
This would be because of servers seeing higher usage in different times.

Could be provider depending on their setup/service, however if not on Fibre, your ISP will most likely hammer you at peak times i.e evenings and weekends when other people are on your exchange also. Speedtest at real time, check ping(latency), jitter, download speed on your isp at evening when issues and also in mornings., on the device that your using on, remember speedtest is a guide, as test closest server to you, not to the servers of suppliers your using.
What supplier btw?
If you're in the UK then it's (I think) because your ISP is throttling you when there's football on etc. I have exactly the same issue as you describe but when I switch on my VPN it works fine again just like it does in the morning so it's not a 'more people watching' issue. This has been the case for me with both Flawless & VaderStreams... No VPN in the evening = Unwatchable... VPN in the evening = Works fine.
Edit - To clarify, the ISP (again I think) has a way to throttle only your IPTV service in the evening/during football as during this same time my download & upload speeds are normal & not throttled.
This could be an ISP issue as well.
I had the exact same issue. Every evening, no matter what service I used, it would buffer like crazy. Netflix, HULU, Youtube, all worked perfectly, but my IPTV would buffer.
I changed ISPs and suddenly never had another issue. My service with the same provider is great 24 hours a day now.
1080p channels will always buffer on 15mb down , sorry to say it You have to understand internet browsing as well is more fluid in the morning rather evening anyway for shure 15mb for 1080p channels is not enough . Now something wrong with the services you tested or your internet, SD quality should be stable enough anytime of the day
Your service can't handle peek hours traffic when prime time shows, sports and etc are on and the servers are most likely overloaded is the culprit, tho if you submit a ticket with your service they will probably tell you your isp is throttling you during those hours is the main excuse that they all use.
Your ISP is throttling you during Peak times. This is nothing new, and they target you specifically if you use one of the popular services on here. Also, another way to avoid this and to use a popular IPTV service is to use a Premium VPN. Hope you get it sorted. PM me if you need trials or more info. Thanks!

speed is constantly 24h same ... its maximum, there is not any ISP hammer to me ... and result of pings is same in morning or evening
c) i know, not every user here write "correct" info about things, but if some1 after test write, yea service is great, and ive tested, with result morning 8am or 1pm is service great, and evening 8pm & midnight lots of buffering, so i dont know if is problem at my side or ... anywayz, thank you everyone with his opinion ...
How come water pressure with 1 user is good, then on the evening 5000 people showering, pressure falls?
