Have you try https://www.ntv.mx there is never any buffering issues there.
Have u reached out to them asking if they can force you to another server they have? As well i know by reading the forums alot of people in the uk are having trouble with the epl games. So if thats the case you might need to get a vpn to hide behind lol.
IPTV will never be perfect, but you should try out some trials, and then you can decide what IPTV provider you should go with. I use Rocket Streams, and it works flawlessly for watching Liverpool FC.

No that isn't the norm you should try a few trials and see what works best for you. IPTV by nature will never be 100 % perfect but there are some decent services available
