I've tried many IPTV providers and the only one I've found to have CBC Ottawa is IPGuys. I had to give up on that provider because of the constant buffering on some channels, I'm now using IPTVExpress and the quality is by far the best that I've come across but there is no CBC Ottawa. Anyone know of any others?

If Ottawa is your local station, just get an OTA setup for your TV and grab the free airwaves. There are 14 channels you should be able to get OTA for free with just a simple setup if you live in the city of Ottawa. Go to TVfool.com and plug in your address and check.
Weird. Hardly any buffering on IPguys for me. In the fact they are one of the most stable providers I've used...
You find Express is better and has less buffering?

Fellow Ottawa person - I signed up with Vader - r/iptvking helped me out. Canadian channels, US channels are great quality - minor buffering on VOD but I’ve had no trouble with live TV. Good luck in your search, there are a few good providers out there!
