Hi all quick question. I use a VPN on my android box. Currently I have encryption enabled but I think my box is struggling a touch with it. I would think it's a good idea to have it enabled but does it really matter?

I don't. VPN is already encrypted.
In most cases you don’t even need a VPN.
It doesn't matter for most. But enabling it will definitely slow things down a bit and maybe even buffer. You if you experience any of that, just disable it.
No need for encryption. VPN not made to encrypt media streams anyway.
