Can anyone recommend a good alternative to Vader that isn't down right now?

Yeah it's down. Again.
Price of getting as popular as it has. Still a great and comparative service imo, especially on the overall value side, but the days of it towering over everybody else are pretty much over.
(not that the overflow of resellers of it here are going to tell you that, of course)
