The only subtitles I've ever seen have been chineese subtitles on bootlegged releases. In fact I'm not even sure MAG supports subtitles.

You want the "Narration" on too, so the story can be read back to you? That way you can read the subtitles and also hear them just in case there is a mistake on subs...

Personally I have not known providers who has subtitles in VOD. Also depend on which content you are looking for but Fab has pretty good English content and 24/7 channels. If you are looking for Indian content then Gold and express.
