So over past few weeks they've stopped taking on new customers directly and now have to block UK IP addresses to foreign channels showing EPL games 24/7. As far as I know they are the only ones being forced to do this. At the rate it's going they'll be gone completely by the end of the year. Shame cause they are great service with little to no downtime and buffering at least for myself.
Never had a problem with SS (previous supplier) or Vader, who I use now. Have a personal VPN ready to go, but never had to use it.
Yes agree at least flawless are trying for a workaround I have been with ace for 9 months or about with no problems there streams have been some of the best even hd plays well on my 5mbps line but it’s like they have given up for uk customer s Factor in a new router and a vpn they become quite expensive compared to others that don’t block wouldn’t be bothered if they just showed the games with without the foreign channels
EPL is blocked for most/all providers, works with VPN and recommended VPN usage for EPL, some say we have a fix this weekend, then it fails, then they try another fix etc, bit of a war going on.
No they will not go down, UK users are not even half of their users.
Should rather go gather 100.000 sports fans in Uk and go protest infront of UK Gov, for not letting their citizens watch the sport they invented themselves, what a joke UK has become, sad.
It’s not a epl block on ace like other providers by the big five isp’s it’s ace doing it at there end I got a email stating they was blocking all uk up adresses on all sports channels that show 3.00 ko football. I’m not with a big provider so didn’t effect me till last week personally thought they would be a way round this without vpn know flawless have implemented a workaround can’t see why ace didn’t just seems like a cheap option telling all uk costumers to get vpn
