Express IPTV - Cox Internet - VPN

by quizzer25

I tested several IPTV providers and found Express to match my requirements. Indian (Tamil/Hindi) Live/7 days VOD, Sports and English (News/Movies/Shows). Cox is my internet provider. I noticed heavy buffering on mon and tue. Was very good on Sunday. Does Cox throttle IPTV on peak times (say weekdays)? If yes, does VPN help? which one is recommended? If yes, is there a free/trial of the best VPN provider to test express stream? Appreciate your help.

I have Cox, and have had issues the last couple of days. The odd thing is that I now have stuttering WHILE on VPN, and streams great without VPN. Usually, it's the other way around.

That's not just with IPTV, that even with WatchESPN, Hulu, etc.

I think many have complained on Cox or some other US ISP that throttles badly, and VPN a must. Get a VPN trial and test yourself see if better.

Yes cox throttle. I have vaders and i have to use a vpn during 5pm and 10pm. It is kind of funny because right when it turns 5pm the problems start happening.

Trying to decide between Nord and Express based on some google analysis. Any recommendations are appreciated as am planning to buy and test express iptv tonight.

The issue isn't with Cox. US ISPs don't give a damn about IPTV. The few that throttle at all throttle services people actually use - think YouTube and Netflix.

The issue is with your IPTV provider and their setup. Or it is with the device you are using to watch IPTV.

VPN will not just magically make buffering disappear, if anything they have an impact on your internet and can cause it.

Update: Installed ExpressVPN and tested. Streams are amazing and no buffering at all. Agree with BitIPTV and IPTVKing that Cox throttles IPTV streams in peak hours and paid/premium IPTV is the way to go.

Cox = Shit during peak time. Don't believe what anyone here says. Myself with other resellers have done enough research on cox.
