EPG is important but keeping channels online is more, so I can understand that.
So according to a Vader resellers support group there is a beta fix released for the EPG issues. It is accessed by Settings>system>Type 0227>Go to market>reboot or perform same code to exit test mode after download. I haven't tried it yet but hopefully it's an improvement
According to their official support forum where you've posted about this their moderator SAM has confirmed a potential fix in March update of the box. Let's wait and see what happens.
The context is I contacted them for some sales related question for my country and shifted the conversation to the EPG issue. That's the response i got.
However, on their support forums, they stated otherwise.
For me, the whole situation is a dealbreaker.

Providers need to also work on fixing this on their end. There are some where the guide loads fast on the Formuler. On any of the xtremecodes servers it loads terribly slow. Wondering if half of the problem is rooted in what version of Stalker platform they are running as the EPG loads vary between on Stalker server to another. On forums there is indiciations a beta fix will be rolled into the March update for the Formuler.
Yep, the most important thing on TV after seeing a picture is EPG, but who cares for that, lets sell overpriced crap boxes that can't do the main thing properly, since anyway we have 0 developers, just chinese factories producing boxes.
