I just picked up SSIPTV from the store. It's free, supports multiple m3u files, and has a favorites list.

The best app for LG that I've found, is SmartIPTV. You can download it from the app store. It has a free 1 week trial and costs like $5 to buy the full version. It works kinda ok, but it was waaaay too slow for me. You'd be better off buying a cheap Android TV device and using Perfect Player or something like that instead. IMO of course! :)
