No it does not work on that, STalker TV works on newer stalker versions opposed to majority suppliers using XC panels.
Couple canadian portals I believe can be used, Express maybe, but not 100% on latest 5,3 Ministra.
Pretty sure it can't. Only a couple of providers work with it. Express is one of the few I think.
MyTv, Express, and Epic IPTV are the only providers that support it at the moment. Please reach out to me if you want to trial MyTV for a day. Thanks.
Any provider that supports Stalker platform works.
