We don't have DSTV but we do have many African channels if you have any interest.

I'd say to take a look at King Box and Rapid, they're two of the largest providers. Very few carry African channels at all, but I know King Box does, just not sure about those specifically.
DStv offer web streaming and I was going to sign up to see if there's a trial or something and maybe I can pull the stream URLs but it looks like it requires a SA mobile number to sign up.
