Since Vader resellers only sell here and don't communicate much when there are problems (except downvoting every post), I thought I'd post the newest update:

Doesn't make much technical sense, i.e New server went bad and ruined the old server (!), meaning as to why would the old server need re-installation anyway, but at least some info.
It's still down? Why do some many providers seem to have database and server issues all the time? Doesn't make sense that issues like that are happening so frequently..
