IPTV service provider running on 2 Mag boxes?

by Crocodilean

Hi all, Does anyone know if you are able to stream an IPTV service provider to two separate Mag boxes at the one IP address? Do they allow this? Like, can I have 2 boxes in my house utilising the same subscription.

When an IPTV provider says up to 3 different IP addresses are they talking about sharing the subscription with your buddy at a different IP address?

Thanks i am just trying to work a few things out, I am new to all this.

Seperate subs required. Most if not all suppliers use xtream-codes which can only allow on Mac per user

If you're taking about something like Vader's they generally don't want to encourage sharing. What 3 different ips could mean is you have one at home, maybe another on your phone and maybe on a device at work. If you're constantly have 3 ips running simultaneously for extended periods of time that might not be as acceptable. Someone can quote me if I'm wrong but that's what I've read IIRC.

Yes, depending on provider. You may need to purchase an additional simultaneous connection but should be do able. Again it all depends on the provider and package purchased.
