Vaders Stream-ticket takedown

by omzbonez

Quick question for the crew. Ive submitted tickets to vaders on 2 seperate occasions with backup in my email, but it seems everytime i login to vaders online to check the status, they have been removed and nothing answered.

Has this happened to anyone else? This vader issue has become exhausting and will be moving once my account credit has been used up.

Yes, has happened to me. Submitted tickets about some VOD things they have that do not work on my buzz, pp, their app, it the web. When logging in it's gone. Last week I submitted a ticket about the app and it's also gone. None of these were deal breakers and I didn't think much of it as I was looking for a different service anyways.

Vader has always been good at answering my tickets. Response times have definitely gotten longer as time has gone on though (especially in the last few weeks). But I also only send in tickets on stuff like channels being down or audio/video sync issues. Basically fixable stuff on their end.

Guessing they get a ton more tickets on top of that that simply amounts to user error though, which can usually be fixed with the tiniest bit of user end research (hello internet speed test), or a fresh reinstall of a cluttered/crappy setup (for instance: adding Vader to a "jailbroken" firestick or cheap china device bought off ebay). Or it's just another ticket on top of the mountain of an issue they already know about, like the server being down.

In all those latter cases I wouldn't blame them for basically pushing a lot of that to the side. That should ideally be a re-seller headache anyway.

This happened to me as well.

More specifically, I'd get an email saying my ticket has been replied to and provide a link.

When I'd follow the link, the ticket is deleted.

None of my questions have ever been answered (not even the most generic of questions).

I just assumed they were doing it on purpose or didn't want to address my questions, but either way they won't be getting any more money from me.

It's a frigging gong show going on over there (in my opinion).

It will be interesting to see how long they can last operating like this.

(sorry If I sound bitter, but it's just my opinion. Lots of people have had no issues so your experience may vary)

If by "submitted tickets to vaders" you mean "submitted tickets to minihosts" I've seen that at least once.

I agree with /u/Greencon10, they will be getting swamped with lots of similar tickets from time to time. Also consider that they have been having lots of technical issues recently and they could have unintentionally lost a ton of tickets in one of their server crashes.
