BuzzTV XPL 3000 Problem

Hello, I am using a BuzzTV XPL3000 box and sub to Vaders. I know there was some downtime lately, but I am having an issue.

I lost access and tried to re-add the server, but when I connect I get and error message saying:

Subscription expired or not activated.

I had my Re-seller check my account and everything is normal. I also had them verify my MAC.

If anyone has any ideas or had a similar problem let me know.

Get them to give you a new mac, than change it in your buzztv settings to match the new one. I've had this problem with others

Had the exact same issue with my Buzztv and Vader’s. I never was able to fix it.

At any point did you move your sub to a different box such as another buzz or a box with stbemu?

I had issues right off the get-go with my Buzz TV xxl 3000; it would NOT connect to any server from the initial live tv/server screen.

The concept is quite simple; give MAC address to IPTV service provider as requested. Once the m3u address is sent, enter & connect. Unsuccessful with 3 different m3u's from 3 different providers.

Device was returned to Amazon for full refund.

Am I missing any details here in the process to establish a connection to a server?
