Looking for two provisers: one for Romanian TV and a second one with german, french amd uk TV.

1. For the first one, I' m looking for a provider with a Romanian TV package, which would work from Fr and the UK, preferably without the need of a VPN.

2. Which hardware should I begin with? I have a Raspberry pi 3, an old chromecast, and a 4k hdr Sony bravia Android smart tv (2016, 55kd85 something something).Should I buy a Fire stick, would it be simpler?

3. Do all providers block viewing for a single MAC? I want to watch form my tablet/pc also. Wouldn't mind paying extra for multiple access, i just wouldn't like to be blocked devixe wise.
