Hey, my parents are paying too much for their Portuguese tv and they live in the UK. Have tried one or two but with constant buffer or it freezes. I bought them a Dreamlink T1 Plus to push them in that direction and I need advice or help in finding a very good Portuguese sub with SD & HD.

all providers have issues - voodoo is perfect for Eurpoean channels (PT and BR)
yeah, they still haven't fixed what's on RTPi but remaining is fine
ACETV has a great selection of HD and SD Portuguese channels but i do not watch them so i can not vouch for the stability of those specific channels. PM me if you want a list of Portuguese channels and a trial.
I don't think you will find SD and HD both. Voodoo has a decent selection but I've never watched them. Ask for a trial and test it out
