I recently had to renew my subscription with Prime IPTV, which has been working perfectly the last half year. The dashboard of their website worked, and I was able to issue a new request for a new subscription. However, after the payment, I am unable to reach them through their verification or support e-mail. Anyone else had this issue? What do you suggest to do? Fearing I've been scammed. Hopefully the bitcoin chain between me and them will get the money in return and pay me back.

If they did go down hopefully you didn't pay for 6-12 months.. Not sure how assuming they did go down the block chain would allow you to get the money back. It's a one way transaction, if their wallet is valid they'll get it.
