Basic questions on how to watch

Hi,

I have tried a couple trials in the past, they send me a m3u list and I play in my ipad or iphone with the app GSE smart iptv.

I have some questions:

Apart from a .m3u list, is there other way that the providers share their channel list/service?

What can i use to quickly watch in windows 10? I dont want to install kodi or anything difficult, dont need epg, just change channel and watch in good quality.

Any way to stream from ipad/iphone/pc to chromecast? I tried the configuration of ipad/iphone to chromecast using GSE smart iptv app, and it gave error, it did not work.

Take the m3u playlist and enter it on VLC player.

The GSE smart app does not work with chromecast.

I think its in place so people dont cast whatever they are watching on their phone/tab to a TV

Kodi is not the best for IPTV anyways so the best option is to get an IPTV box. This is not a mobile option. Box needs to be hooked up to your tv but it will be the best to watch.
