The only ones I can think to recommend checking out would be King Box and Nitro since they are two of the largest providers with the most channels. The problem with south africa in general is that the latency to get streams to IPTV servers in europe and back to africa is going to make things tricky. This is probably why you hardly ever see Australia/New Zealand streams as well.
