No one sells only one package, doesn't make business sense, but BEIN is offered by lots of providers, check here and ask for trials /r/iptvresellers
Your best option will be ipguys for your internet speed. They have Arab channels and it's arguably the most stable service. Its video quality is lacking but for slower connection s it works great.
