Do a simple fucking search and you'll see everytime this is asked you get the same answers. When it's finally released, there will be posts about it, and providers will spam the fuck out of the sub.
Till then, stop asking.
You'll be hard pressed in finding any provider that offers full true 4K content.
I don't understand why people want it so bad, what do expect it to cost ? because if you think its going to be dirt cheap and as stable as what we get now then I would think again!

Look at IPTVExpressresllers.com they are probably the only one right now that offers the most 4K UHD content in the IPTV market. They are actually switching all their stuff over now to 4K. It used to be a mix of HD and 4K/UHD. They also have timeshift (sp?) on most of their channels going back 7 days. You can always try it for a month.
Barely pushing FHD let alone 4K, seen some 4K channels, seems more of a upsclaed 1080p at 25fps looking shit. No business case for it with these prices.
