Anyone else finding that Vader's EPG is empty almost all the time or is it just me? I'm using perfect player on an mi box

Same here the last few days. Since it's worked for months I'd assume it's a Vaders issue.
When I had this issue a while ago another user on a similar thread, I can't find the thread now, suggested setting the EPG to "Download at each update". There was a lot that commented that one of the "once" settings or "if no data" should suffice but till I set it as suggested I had all kinds of trouble with empty slots and entirely empty guides. Since I haven't had the issue.

The suggestion by /u/kornfreak976 worked for me.
Enter your EPG url in a web browser address bar and hit enter. If it downloads or tries to load an XML page then something isn't right with Perfect Player. If it doesn't load then it's the service or they've changed the URL.
Remove .gz from the epg url so it only ends with .xml instead of .xml.gz
Not using perfect player but Vader EPG has been totally fine for me in the apk, kodi and on my Formuler.
My guess is its an issue on your end.
I think it's a Perfect Player bug, It's not just vader that has empty epg at times on PP. I have 3 other service's playlist on my PP setup and when Vader's EPG is empty the EPG's on my other services are empty as well.
Same. 3 month sub is up soon, so I might be exploring others. Is nice service in that I can have two STB's and more through web based. Don't see that anywhere else, in my experience.
I use perfect player and tvirl never had issues with the epg unless they are down
Guessing it's just you and an input error on your end.
That said is there any particular reason you are using perfect player over Kodi on a Mi Box? Basic setup is a lot easier btw.
Perfect player sometimes has issues with m3u urls.
What i would suggest is backing up your settings within pp, wiping pp, then restore your settings and see if that fixes it.
My .02 cents: I have been using Vader for awhile and, at first, it was solid. Lately (aside from the outages), I have been experiencing a lot of buffering.
