Most popular providers do offer catch up. In STB, go to half screen mode, and if you see a timer/clock next to the channel on the left, it could offer catchup. Click to your right to see the guide and it will allow you to select a previously aired program. Depending on your provider, it could be 24 hrs or longer that you can access from the guide.
It will have a gold clock icon next to the channel name if they support catchup. Go into the guide for the channel by pressing right, then select a show from the days past and see if it plays. I use it every day.
That would depend on the service. Crown tv, express and startv are amoung a few that offer this.
