Using OK2 TV With a VPN Service

Hello..OK2TV..Good Service..working well for 3 weeks until today..,

I added A vpn to my Android Box and "connected" to a VPN service (purevpn) through the settings in my android box...

Running OK2 Through StbEmu Pro.. when i start STBEMU and load portal it comes up BLUE SCREEN " Your STB is blocked" call your service provider?

Did the VPN Change some settings that I need?

Reseller advised to reboot modem and if that did not help (IT DIDNT)...He suggests i disconnect the VPN Service.
