Dreamlink-T2 DLO2 app channel switching issue

Once I switch 5 or 6 channels on DOL2, all channels stopped working for 5-10 minutes. From the router, it is noticed that the DOL2 app is making a new connection for each channels without releasing/closing the connection to previous channel. So, after few channel switch ,IPTV provider (Epicstream)will not allow any more connection. You need to wait for the existing connection to timeout. Till dreamlink fix the issue, the DOL2 app is not worth.

Never ever had this issue. Been using a Dreamlink/Formuler box for over a year and never had a problem even similar to this.

Is it a new box? Did you do a factory reset? Do you have the latest firmware update installed?

Try another IPTV app, does it have Google Play Store? Some serious network issues here, software or hw.

Never encountered this problem either, as already suggested do a factory reset or trial another provider and see if the problem persists

I've noticed the same thing when switching channels. Hitting the OK button on the remote twice (once to bring up channel list, and again to go back to channel) seems to force close / re-open a connection.

I have the same issues. To add, when I use a mini SD it doesn't load up right to take me to the IPTV service. I think there are bigger issues with the media player also. Comparing the same service on my firestick(wifi) using STB emulator to the Dreamlink-T2 DL02 (ethernet), the T2 is very frustrating. I expected it to be better and I cannot get the manufacturer to support their 1 year warranty.
