You aren't going to find any IPTV VOD that is anywhere near as readily updated, extensive, or reliable as what you'll find on Kodi/Terrarium. Get over having to make a tiny bit of effort every once in while to read a monthy sticky..or don't and stay frustrated over the fact your pirated content isn't as set and forget forever as you'd like it to be. Those are your 2 reality options.

Better off with a plex server

If you are willing to pay. Then invest in a Debrid service like Real Debrid and Premiumize. They work well with any Kodi addon. Kodi is not dead by any means. There are some great addons and Debrid will keep them alive even after they stop developing.

IPTV is a different thing altogether. Gears and Vader’s have a lot of On Demand content

Vaders is great, if you have a lot of your own content use plex like others have suggested.

Between all the apks like tea tv, terrarium, tv Zion, Showbox, etc I don't even use my IPTV VOD. And yes Kodi is still alive but it's meh.

You're better off not using any add-ons on Kodi because there are much better android apps available later and better formats. Between Terrarium and Showbox, you should have access to all the content you're looking for.

There is a group on facebook called netcast that for a fee is like a Netflix on steroids. I personally don't use it, I find that a real debrid sub is cheaper and provides a "mostly" hassle free experience.
